When we meet new online retail clients they generally come to us with one of two problems:
1. They're not getting significant volumes of traffic on their site.
2. The traffic they do get doesn't convert in to sales
As digital marketers we can address all the issues which should correct these problems for eCommerce sites. However, there are occasions where the problems lie deeper. This may be with regards to their merchandise or pricing or customer service issues. However, beyond that there are more fundamental cost management issues which need to be addressed.
