  • Boots is best multichannel retailer

    In a recent paper entitled "2011 Multichannel Retail Report" published by Webcredible, Boots has come out on top as the having the best multichannel retail experience. The survey included 15 of the UK's top retailers and involved rating them against 15 best practice guidelines. Boots scored 62 points out of a possible 75. In joint second place were M&S, Debenhams and Waterstones who all scored 61 points. Read More
