Anna Lou of London is an international jewellery / fashion designer and retailer. The website has always played an important role in their retailing strategy but they felt that there was much greater potential for sales than was being achieved.

Solution
Redesign of existing site to provide a much cleaner navigational structure, making it easier for visitors to find exactly what they want. New graphical look to better reflect the personality of the brand. Great emphasis was placed on email sign up which is promoted throughout the site. Email marketing is now a key source of revenue for Anna Lou. Internal pages were designed so that they could easily be updated by Anna Lou staff, enabling quick implementation of offers and promotions.

Average monthly revenues have increased by over 40% and the email subscribers have doubled within 10 months.
