Anna Lou of London’s website has always played an important role in their retailing strategy but they felt that there was much greater potential for sales than was being achieved.

What We Did

Redesign of existing site to provide a much cleaner navigational structure, making it easier for visitors to find exactly what they want. New graphical look to better reflect the personality of the brand. Great emphasis was placed on email sign up which is promoted throughout the site.

Email marketing is now a key source of revenue for Anna Lou. Internal pages were designed so that they could easily be updated by Anna Lou staff, enabling quick implementation of offers and promotions.

First Year Result

The site redesign led to visitors spending more time on the site. With clearer marketing messages the performance of campaigns was greatly improved. Specific campaigns were run to encourage visitors to sign up to the email newsletter. During these campaigns the signup rate increased fivefold.
