Our Values

Aadaptive is a small business. Relative to large corporate enterprises our impact on the planet is relatively minor. However we realise that our business does not operate in a vacuum. We understand that we have certain social responsibilities - to our staff, our suppliers, our neighbours, our clients and society as a whole.

We don't have a formal corporate social responsibility document (we'll do this when our size justifies it). However, we do have values which underpin our strategy and day-to-day operations.

Suppliers and clients

If our clients have established corporate social responsibility policies, we will take that fully on board. We will not work with suppliers if they do not meet the standards our clients expect of us.

Employees

We have a formal written policy with regards to the recruitment and management of our staff. We are an equal opportunities employer and endeavour to go beyond the obligations placed upon us in employment law. In our business, training and education is an ongoing process and we put considerable effort in to ensuring our people have all the resources they need to meet their potential.

Creating value

We put our heart and soul in to helping our clients become high-performing businesses. We want to build long-term relationships by being proactive, by responding quickly and by consistently delivering value.

Standards of conduct

We expect high levels of integrity from our staff. We have a policy of being fair and honest with suppliers and clients. We say what we mean and take responsibility for our actions.

Environment

We care about our planet and in our own small way we try and make a difference. In our office we recycle paper and make a consistent effort to minimise our power usage. When we travel on business we use public transport. All our directors either walk or cycle to work (and we don't just live round the corner). We believe in this stuff, we're not just paying lip service.
